Refund policy
At Vedawick, each candle is hand-poured with precision to ensure a refined fragrance experience and consistent burn quality.
Because our products are crafted in small batches and are intended for personal use, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
This allows us to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
Exchanges & Replacements
We will gladly assist in the rare instance that something isn’t right.
An exchange or replacement may be considered if:
- You have received an incorrect item
- The product arrives damaged in transit
- There is a genuine manufacturing defect
To request assistance, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the concern
Condition of Return
If a return is approved, the product must be:
- Unused and unlit
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
We are unable to accept returns of products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Resolution
Once reviewed and approved:
- A replacement of the same product or equivalent value will be arranged
- If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion
Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are to be arranged by the customer.
A Note on Fragrance
Scent perception is personal and can vary from one individual to another. For this reason, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds based on fragrance preference.
